Parking Lot Rules & Regulations
Respect and Courtesy
Treat all drivers and personnel with respect and dignity at all times. We strive to maintain a friendly and professional environment.
Littering is Prohibited
Dispose of all trash properly. Littering on the property is not allowed—please help us keep the facility clean. There will be a $250 clean-up fee for littering.
Tire Service & Dumping
Tire service and dumping (including oil or waste) are prohibited. No hazardous materials are to be disposed of on the property. There will be a $500 illegal dumping fee.
Firearms
Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. We maintain a no-weapons policy for the safety of all patrons.
Late Fees
If you choose to become a weekly or monthly customer, there will be a $25 late fee assessed for every day late.
Damage to Property
Any damage caused to the facility, including fencing, gates, or infrastructure, will be the responsibility of the driver. Please report any damage immediately. There will be a $5000 damage fee for any damage that occurs while on the facility.
Damage to Vehicles
Drop-A-Hitch & Stow is not responsable for any damage that occurs to your vehicle while on our property. If damage occurs to another vehicle, the driver responsible for the incident will be held liable. Please drive carefully and responsibly.
Speed Limit
The speed limit within the parking lot is 5 mph. Please drive carefully and be mindful of other vehicles and pedestrians.
Security Access
Ensure the gate is securely closed behind you when entering or exiting. Unauthorized access or tampering with security systems is prohibited. Violators will be towed, booted, and assessed a $500 unauthorized parking fee.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke parking privileges to any individual who does not comply with these rules and regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance
Vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, mechanical repairs, or any work that could cause a safety hazard, is strictly prohibited on the property unless previously agreed upon with management/owners. Unauthorized maintenance & Mechanic fee $500 each.
Truck Trailer Washing
Washing or cleaning truck trailers is not permitted on-site. Please ensure your vehicle is clean before entering the lot. $200 Unauthorized washing fee.
Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the property. Please respect the facility’s no-alcohol policy.
Compliance with Local Laws
All vehicles must comply with local traffic laws and regulations while on the property. Failure to do so may result in revocation of parking privileges.
Natural Disasters
We are not responsible for Natural Disasters causing damage to equipment.
